Our Rack'D PERFORMANCE 8 channel Creative Audio CA.41 UHF system is built around 4x Creative Audio CA.41 quad channel full width 1u rack receivers witha CA.D25 dual 5 way antenna distribution unit so that everything can be run from just 2 antennas and 8xCA.B2 (metal)  transmitter bodypacks  - built into an SKB 6 U lightweight rack with lids (or optional ATA style 6u rack with lids.

 

Our CA.41 systems were designed and built to match the specifications of the Shure SLX and Sennheiser ew100 systems.  As a result they are the least expensive quality analog UHF systems currently available.

System includes

  • SKB 8u rack 
  • 4x CA.41R receivers
  • 16x Creative Audaio CA.B3 metal bodypack transmitters
  • 20 bodymics broadway BLF4 lavalier/hairline mics - other mic options available
  • 1x Creative Audio CA.D25 dual 5 way antenna distribution unit
  • 2x half wave whip/rubber duckie antennas
  • 1x Antenna In/Out Panel on rear of rack
  • 1x Power Conditioner - distribution
  • 2x 1u storage drawer
  • tailored length dc and antenna cabling for our TidyRack(TM) look - no more rats nests 
  • our premium XLR loom - 16 cables 10ft long
  • assembly - put everything into the rack, cable it and test it 
    • order and gather all the necessary parts - say 1 hour
    • unpack everything - say 1 hour
    • assemble the R-4 receivers - add rack ears/joiners - say 60 minutes
    • unpack the SKB fly rack and prep for use - say 15 minutes
    • bolt the R-4 receivers into rack - say 60 minutes
    • mount the active antenna distributor and cable -say 10 minutes
    • fit Antenna Panel - say 5 minutes
    • connect the XLR looms to each receiver and anchor to rack - say 25 minutes
    • connect power and antenna cables between units - say 20 minutes including lacing for neatness
    • attach channel numbers to each receiver and each transmitter - say 10 minutes
    • select 16x frequencies that will "play nice" together at your zip code - say 20 minutes
    • program these frequencies into the receivers - say 10 minutes
    • sync the transmitters to it's matching receiver - say 8 minutes
    • connect the XLR outputs into a test sound system - say 3 minutes
    • unpack the 20 microphones, connect each to a transmitter , and test that each microphone, transmitter and receiver works as specifies - say 40 minutes
    • repack for shipping - say 30 minutes
    • TOTAL TIME ABOUT 8 HOURS
